Amazon A+ Content image sizes for Standard and Premium modules

The exact pixel size of each A+ module, how Premium desktop and mobile images relate, and how to keep text readable on a phone.

Amazon · Last checked November 1, 2026

The short answer

Standard A+ images range from 970 × 600 pixels for the header banner to 300 × 300 for most feature images. Premium A+ uses larger images, such as 1464 × 600 for full-width modules with a separate 600 × 450 mobile version. A+ content can include up to 7 modules, and one A+ page cannot mix Standard and Premium modules.

Standard A+ Content image sizes

These are the minimum sizes for the most-used Standard modules. Text belongs in the module’s text fields wherever it has them, because that text stays readable on a phone.

Premium A+ Content image sizes

Premium modules are larger and look better on modern screens, but Amazon controls who can use them, so check your eligibility in A+ Content Manager first.

A Premium full-width banner. Keep the product and any text near the center, because the mobile version is cropped from the same image. Sample images created with ShineSnap for a fictional brand.

Designing for the mobile crop

Most shoppers see A+ on a phone. Premium full-width modules have two image fields because the wide desktop frame and the 4:3 mobile frame show different areas.

  • Keep the product and headline in the central area, so they survive both crops.
  • Make on-image text large. A line that reads well at 1464 pixels wide can become unreadable at phone width.
  • Preview the module on a phone before submitting it.
  • Add alt text to each image: it is required, and it helps shoppers using screen readers.

Rules that get A+ content rejected

A+ is reviewed by Amazon before it goes live. Common reasons for rejection include:

  • Claims about being the best or number one, and comparisons with other brands.
  • Pricing, discounts, shipping promises or customer reviews.
  • Contact details and links to other websites.
  • Medical or other claims you cannot support.
  • Images that do not match the product.

Common questions

What size should A+ Content images be?

It depends on the module. The common Standard banner is 970 × 600 pixels, and the common Premium banner is 1464 × 600 pixels with a 600 × 450 mobile version.

Can I use bigger images than the listed size?

The sizes above are the minimums for each module. Use the module’s exact ratio, since images in another ratio have to be cropped.

How many modules can A+ Content have?

Seller accounts can use up to 7 modules on one A+ page, and all of them must be either Standard or Premium.
