Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits stay in your account until you use them.
Is there a subscription?
No. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Buy another pack whenever you need more.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the credits from that pack have been used. See our Refund Policy for details.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout where required.
