Acceptable Use Policy

01Prohibited content

You may not use the Service to create, upload, edit or share:

• Sexual content, nudity or sexually suggestive images of anyone, including fictional or AI-generated people.
• Any content that sexualizes, exploits or endangers minors. We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.
• Deepfakes, face swaps, or edits of a real person's face or body, and any image that impersonates a real person or suggests their endorsement without permission.
• Violent, gory or hateful content, including content that promotes discrimination or harassment.
• Content that promotes illegal activity, or images of illegal products such as weapons, drugs or counterfeit goods.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property, such as other brands' logos or copied product photos you do not have rights to.

02Honest product images

Images made with the Service are meant to sell real products. You may not use them to mislead buyers:

• Do not change how a product looks, including its color, size, quantity, materials or included accessories.
• Do not add claims, badges, certifications or reviews that are not true, or medical and health claims you cannot support.
• Follow the image rules of the marketplace where you sell, such as pure-white backgrounds for Amazon main images.

03Misuse of the Service

• Do not try to get around content checks, usage limits or security measures.
• Do not create multiple accounts or use automation to obtain free credits.
• Do not resell access to the Service, scrape it, or overload it.
• Do not upload malware or use the Service to attack other systems.

04Moderation and enforcement

Prompts and uploaded images are checked automatically before images are created, and requests that appear to violate this policy are blocked. Credits are not charged for blocked requests.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or close accounts, and withhold refunds for serious or repeated violations. We may report illegal content to the authorities.
