01Agreement and who we are
ShineSnap ("ShineSnap", "we", "us") provides the website shinesnap.com and the related image creation services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Refund Policy, and you acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.
You sign in with your Google account. Keep your Google account secure; activity under your account is your responsibility. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
- Do not share, sell or transfer your account, and do not create multiple accounts to obtain free credits.
- Do not use the Service to get around usage limits, pricing or security controls.
03The Service
ShineSnap uses artificial intelligence to plan and create product images (such as main images, secondary images and A+ content modules), to edit images, and to write selling-point copy based on the information you provide.
We may change, improve or discontinue features. Results depend on your inputs and on third-party AI models, and the same request can produce different results. Features shown in your workspace and on the pricing page describe what is currently available.
04Credits, prices and payment
Creating images uses credits. The credit cost of each action is shown before you start it, and current credit packs and prices are listed on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where required.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (creem.io). Creem is the merchant of record for all orders: it processes your payment, handles tax, and issues your receipt. Your payment is also subject to Creem's terms.
If a creation fails or is cancelled before it is delivered, the credits for the undelivered images are returned to your balance automatically.
- Purchased credits do not expire.
- Free credits, such as welcome credits, referral rewards and feedback rewards, expire 365 days after they are granted. Credits from promotional codes expire as stated when you redeem the code.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account, and cannot be exchanged for money except as described in the Refund Policy.
- If a payment is refunded or disputed, we remove the unused credits from that purchase.
05Your content and results
You keep ownership of the photos, text and other material you upload ("Inputs"). As between you and us, you own the images and copy the Service generates for you ("Outputs"), to the extent the law allows. You may use Outputs for commercial purposes, including your product listings and ads.
You give us a limited license to store, process and transmit your Inputs and Outputs only to provide, secure and support the Service for you, including sending them to our service providers listed in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to advertise our product without your permission.
You confirm that you have the rights needed for everything you upload, including rights to product photos, logos, trademarks and any person shown, and that your use of the Service does not infringe anyone else's rights.
06Checking results before you publish
AI-generated images and copy can contain mistakes. Before you publish any Output, you must check that it is accurate and allowed.
- Product images must match the real product, including its appearance, color, quantity, accessories and size. Do not use Outputs to misrepresent a product.
- Marketplaces such as Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop and Etsy have their own image and listing rules. You are responsible for meeting them; we do not guarantee that an Output will be accepted by any marketplace.
- Do not make claims in your listings that you cannot support, such as medical or health claims.
07Acceptable use and moderation
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Prompts and uploaded images are automatically checked before images are created, and requests that violate the policy are blocked.
We may remove content, suspend features or close accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that put the Service, other users or third parties at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.
08Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party services, including Google for sign-in, Creem for payments, Cloudflare for hosting and storage, and third-party AI model providers. We are not responsible for services we do not control, and their availability can affect the Service.
09Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Outputs will meet your needs or any marketplace's rules.
10Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
11Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) brought by third parties that arise from your Inputs, your use of Outputs, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12Ending your use of the Service
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@shinesnap.com. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. If we end the Service entirely for reasons other than your breach, we will refund unused purchased credits.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including your-content, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity, continue to apply.
13Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will give notice on the website or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
